Prisoners serving their terms in jails are almost like birds living in a cage, alive,

chirping but unable to bear flight of freedom. The current prison systems in few countries in particular, are really harsh and are not based on the principle of restorative justice. Rather, most of the prison systems across the globe fail in suppressing the criminal within a prisoner and only offer him/her adequate reasons to believe he/she was right in committing the crime. So who is to be blamed the prisoner or the prison system?

We at HireHere believe the following video explains it all and wish if only prisoners had access to more facilitative rather than restrictive jail environments. Only if they were granted access to HireHere they could use their time productively doing the jobs of their liking and contribute in making this world a little better.
